Fasepro currently provides specialized services for CA Workload Automation AE (Autosys Edition). We have over 16 solid years of Autosys expertise working for different clients including large server environments of 10,000+ servers. We know Autosys since version 3.4.4. The product has matured a lot over the last 10 years and has more components to work with; Embedded Entitlements Manager (EEM) & CA Workload Control Center (WCC). At Fasepro, we work as ONE Team to take on upgrade/implemenation projects, steady state support under the supervision of a Fasepro project manager or client manager. All technical work is done 24 x 7 x 365 remotely from Faisalabad, Pakistan. Project Management is done from USA.
We divide Autosys Support into following three categories:
24 x 7 x 365 batch monitoring is extremely critical for any Enterprise scheduling environment. Minimizing production impacts can only be achieved with solid Operations team as they will always be the first stop. We can leverage our Operations/Monitoring team to a dedicated 24 x 7 x 365 schedule to follow problem management procedures, monitor batch, take necessary actions against jobs and contact application teams for job failures.
Scheduling is an integral part of any batch tool. At Fasepro, we do it with extreme dedication. Production control analysts are ready to schedule production jobs using your company change management system, monitor problem queue, monitor any work request or work order queues and follow scheduling processes and procedures quickly. These folks are also responsible in maintaining the Standard & Extended Calendars, Global Variables, Agent Activations and helping application teams troubleshoot Autosys jobs.
Autosys Engineering is responsible for whole Autosys infrastructure. Infrastructure includes Autosys Scheduler, Event Server, Application Server, Agent, Client Utilities, Plugins, EEM & WCC. Our Engineers are extremely dedicated and understand the criticality of business impact when Autosys goes down. They are on call 24 x 7 x 365 and ready to take any challenge and engage CA Technologies for any above and beyond problems. Engineers are also responsible for any customized reporting, deploying EEM policies for Autosys & WCC, work with DBA & Unix/Windows Admin Teams to fix any Scheduler/Application Server/Event Server/Agent/Client issues, diagnose & fix instance latency issues, ensure that Autosys is performing at optimal level and help Level I & II teams in the organization.
